Wants to be rid of various diseases? Siesta key. Recent research conducted by experts in the UK to find those who perform ritual nap has a higher level of immunity.

Lack of sleep can cause the body to produce more hormone cortisol. The hormone cortisol can provide energy, but limiting growth hormone production and limit the body's ability to repair damaged cells.

Napping is also beneficial for the heart. Research experts at Allegheny College found that those who have the habit of napping for at least 45 minutes to have better heart health than those who do not.
